DEPOSITS & PAYMENT POLICY

1. Contact us to begin after choosing your puppy

2. To reserve your puppy, we must have a completed reservation form, signed purchase agreement, deposit, and a copy of your valid photo ID.

3. We accept non-refundable holding deposits on puppies less than 6 weeks old. The puppy must be paid in full when he/she turns 6 weeks old.

4. Customer photo identification must match payment method to complete reservation of your Yorkie.

5. Final balance has to be paid by cash, Zelle transfer, Apple Pay, or Square request an invoice to use your credit card with valid I.D.

6. Once you have signed your contract, your contract will not be canceled if you change your mind.

7. If your puppy unfortunately dies before you receive your puppy, you are required to choose a replacement puppy or forfeit your purchase.

8. By placing a deposit and/or signing a finance contract, you agree to the terms stated on this page.

9. We Do Not Accept Visa or Mastercard Gift Cards or PayPal

10. We Do Not Accept Checks of any kind.

11. All sales are final. Sales are defined by a signed purchase agreement or financing contract.
